STIFEL CHARITY CLASSIC STORE
TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: August 27, 2026
OVERVIEW
This online store is operated by Impact Dimensions, Inc. d/b/a iDbrands (“iDbrands,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on behalf of the Stifel Charity Classic. Throughout these Terms, “Store” refers to the Stifel Charity Classic online merchandise store, and “Services” refers to the Store, website, products, content, features, tools, and related services we provide.
The Store is hosted by Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Order Cancellation Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing the Store or purchasing merchandise.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Store, or by submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Store.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY, ACCESS, AND ACCOUNTS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or that you are using the Store with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The merchandise offered through this Store is intended primarily for Stifel employees and other individuals authorized to access the Store.
You may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, payment information, and shipping address. You represent that all information you submit is accurate, current, and complete and that you are authorized to provide and use that information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 — LIMITED ORDERING WINDOW
The Stifel Charity Classic Store will be open for orders from September 7 through September 18, 2026.
All orders must be submitted before the Store closes on September 18, 2026. Once the ordering window has closed, additional orders cannot be accepted through the Store.
Submitting an order earlier in the ordering window will not result in earlier production, shipment, or delivery. Orders will be collected during the ordering window and released together for production after the Store closes.
SECTION 3 — CUSTOM-MADE MERCHANDISE
All merchandise available through the Store is made to order or custom-decorated specifically for this limited-duration program. Products will not enter production immediately after an individual order is submitted.
Because merchandise is produced or decorated according to submitted orders, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all selections before completing checkout, including:
- Product style
- Color
- Size
- Quantity
- Shipping address
- Billing information
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Other contact information
Sizing may vary by brand and product. Customers should review the applicable product description, measurements, and sizing guidance before submitting an order.
SECTION 4 — PRODUCT APPEARANCE AND INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent product colors, materials, features, decoration, and sizing. However, colors and other visual details may appear differently depending on the screen, device, browser, or display settings used to access the Store.
Minor variations in product color, material, logo placement, decoration size, embroidery, or imprint appearance that fall within customary manufacturing and production tolerances are not considered defects.
Product descriptions, images, sizing information, pricing, and availability may be corrected or updated when necessary. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the availability or quantity of any product.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.
SECTION 5 — ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected merchandise. Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Violation of these Terms
- Shipping restrictions
- Technical or processing errors
- Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled
If an order must be changed or canceled by us, we will attempt to contact the customer using the email address, telephone number, or billing information supplied with the order.
Products purchased through the Store are intended for personal use and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
SECTION 6 — PRICES, PAYMENT, AND BILLING
Prices displayed on the Store are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error.
Credit cards are processed and charged when the order is submitted, even though custom production will not begin until after the Store closes. The transaction may appear on the customer’s credit card statement as:
SP STIFEL CHARITY CLAS
You represent that:
- The payment information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
- Charges incurred through the submitted payment method will be honored.
- You will pay all authorized charges, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
If we cannot fulfill an item and no acceptable alternative resolution is agreed upon, the affected item will be canceled and the applicable amount refunded to the original payment method.
SECTION 7 — ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted before the Store closes on September 18, 2026.
Once the Store has closed and orders have been released for custom production, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or updated.
All requests must be emailed to:
The request must include the applicable order number and sufficient information to identify the order.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that the requested change or cancellation can be completed. A change or cancellation is effective only after it has been confirmed by Customer Service.
SECTION 8 — PRODUCTION AND FULFILLMENT
Production will begin after the Store closes on September 18, 2026.
Orders are scheduled to be completed and shipped by approximately October 9, 2026. Delivery timing after shipment depends on the destination, carrier transit times, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
All production, shipment, and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed in writing. Submitting an order earlier during the ordering window will not result in earlier production or shipment.
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, the affected customer will be notified and provided with the available options as required by applicable law.
SECTION 9 — SHIPPING METHOD
Orders are expected to be shipped using USPS Ground Advantage unless another shipping method is displayed or communicated to the customer.
Expedited production and expedited shipping are not available for this Store. Customers cannot upgrade or change the shipping method after submitting an order.
Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by severe weather, carrier interruptions, product availability, incomplete shipping information, natural disasters, government actions, labor interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
SECTION 10 — SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when submitting an order.
The address should include all applicable information, including:
- Recipient name
- Street address
- Apartment or unit number
- Suite number
- Building or floor
- Department
- Mail stop
- City
- State
- ZIP Code
Address-change requests must be submitted before the Store closes on September 18, 2026. Changes cannot be guaranteed after the ordering window closes or after an order enters production or fulfillment.
We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, misdeliveries, or additional shipping expenses resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address submitted by the customer.
Customers should contact Customer Service promptly concerning packages reported as damaged, lost, returned, or misdelivered. Risk of loss will be handled in accordance with applicable law and carrier requirements.
SECTION 11 — RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because each product is made to order or custom-decorated for this limited-duration Store, all orders are final sale except as expressly provided below or required by applicable law.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available because of:
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Incorrect color selected by the customer
- Product preference
- Duplicate ordering
- Incorrect quantity selected by the customer
- Incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer
- Other customer-ordering errors
An exception may be considered when an item is received:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Different from the item submitted in the order
- Produced materially outside normal decoration or manufacturing tolerances
Product issues must be reported to Customerservice@stifel.com within three calendar days after delivery. The customer must include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product and alleged problem.
Customers should not return merchandise unless instructed to do so by Customer Service. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
When a claim is approved, the available resolution may include repair, replacement, refund, or another reasonable remedy, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
SECTION 12 — PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All merchandise is subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after the Store closes, we will contact the affected customer regarding the available resolution. A substitute product or other material change will not be provided without communicating with the customer.
If an unavailable product cannot be fulfilled and the customer does not accept an available alternative, the affected item will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
SECTION 13 — CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS
Questions concerning products, orders, shipping, cancellations, address changes, returns, damages, defects, or other product issues should be directed to:
Customers should include their order number in communications concerning an existing order.
By submitting an order, you consent to receive transactional communications reasonably necessary to process, produce, fulfill, ship, or resolve issues concerning that order.
SECTION 14 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Store and its content—including trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, text, videos, designs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Impact Dimensions, Inc., Stifel Charity Classic, Stifel Financial Corp., Shopify, or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Store only for personal and lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, publicly display, download, store, sell, exploit, or transmit Store content without prior written authorization from the applicable owner.
No provision of these Terms grants you a license or ownership interest in any trademark, copyright, patent, trade name, logo, or other intellectual property.
SECTION 15 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Store may contain links to or functionality provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
Accessing a third-party website is at your discretion. You should review the terms and privacy practices of the applicable third party before providing information or completing a transaction.
Questions or disputes concerning third-party products or services should be directed to the applicable third party unless otherwise required by law.
SECTION 16 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer the Services.
All merchandise sales made through the Store are transactions directly with Impact Dimensions, Inc. d/b/a iDbrands, not Shopify. Shopify is not the seller, manufacturer, decorator, or fulfillment provider for merchandise purchased through the Store.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, injuries, damages, losses, or disputes arising from merchandise purchased through the Store.
SECTION 17 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Store is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available through the Privacy Policy link in the Store footer.
Because Shopify hosts the Store, Shopify also collects and processes certain information regarding access to and use of the Store. Shopify’s handling of that information is governed by its applicable privacy terms.
Information submitted through the Store may be shared with Shopify and with service providers involved in payment processing, production, customer service, order administration, shipping, fraud prevention, analytics, or other functions necessary to operate the Store.
SECTION 18 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
The Store may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions concerning product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, shipping charges, production schedules, or transit times.
We reserve the right to correct an error, update information, or cancel an affected order when Store information is materially inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.
If an order is canceled because of an error, any applicable payment collected for the canceled merchandise will be refunded to the original payment method.
SECTION 19 — PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Store only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Store:
- For an unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Store when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
SECTION 20 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Store and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, we do not make warranties concerning uninterrupted access to the Store or that Store content will always be accurate, complete, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SECTION 21 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Impact Dimensions, Inc., Stifel Charity Classic, Stifel Financial Corp., Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from access to or use of the Store or merchandise purchased through it.
This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or another legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the merchandise giving rise to the claim, except where a different limitation is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SECTION 22 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Impact Dimensions, Inc., Stifel Charity Classic, Stifel Financial Corp., Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:
- Your material breach of these Terms;
- Your unlawful use of the Store;
- Your violation of another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or legal rights; or
- Fraudulent or unauthorized activity conducted through your account.
This provision does not require you to indemnify a party for that party’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or willful misconduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.
SECTION 23 — TERMINATION
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Store when we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, threatened the security or operation of the Store, or misused the Services.
Termination does not eliminate payment or other obligations incurred before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and outstanding payment obligations—will remain in effect.
SECTION 24 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 25 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning use of the Store and supersede prior communications concerning that subject.
If these Terms conflict with a specific written policy displayed in connection with a product, promotion, or order, the more specific policy will control for that product, promotion, or order.
SECTION 26 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, change in service provider, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 27 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Store, or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, any legal proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms, the Store, or the Services shall be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of New Jersey.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived or restricted under applicable law.
SECTION 28 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The most current version of these Terms will be available on this page.
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Store, our practices, applicable law, or service providers. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
Changes will apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter the material terms applicable to an order already submitted unless required by law or agreed to by the affected customer.
