Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers may request an order cancellation or change while the Stifel Charity Classic Store remains open.
The store ordering window is:
September 7–18, 2026
Cancellation and change requests must be received before the store closes on September 18.
How to Request a Cancellation or Change
Click the "Customer Service" link and include:
- Order number
- Customer’s full name
- Email address used to place the order
- A clear description of the requested cancellation or change
Order changes may include:
- Product selection
- Size
- Color
- Quantity
- Shipping address
- Customer contact information
After the Store Closes
Once the ordering window closes, all orders will be released for custom production.
After the store closes on September 18:
- Orders cannot be canceled.
- Product selections cannot be changed.
- Sizes and colors cannot be exchanged.
- Quantities cannot be changed.
- Shipping-address changes cannot be guaranteed.
- Expedited production or shipping cannot be requested.
Because all merchandise is custom-produced for the individual order, no exceptions can be guaranteed after production begins.
